MCM Gal Return, Exchange and Refund Policy 

Our goal is to make sure you love your order. If you have any questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help! 

Important Notes: 

  • Please double-check all personalization details (sizes, colors, spelling, dates, etc.) before placing your order, as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for customer input errors. 

  • Slight variations in color, texture, or design may occur for custom orders and are not considered defects. 

  • International orders may be subject to different return conditions. 

  • Gift cards are non-refundable. 

How to Report an Issue: 

  • Contact us at help@midcenturymoderngal.com within 20 days of the delivery date. 

  • Include your order number, photos of the product, and a description of the issue. 

  • We will review your request and assist with the next steps. 

Returns: 

  • If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us at help@midcenturymoderngal.com within 20 days of the delivery date. 

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition. Proof of purchase is required. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. 

  • Custom-made and personalized products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with an error on our part. 

  • To be eligible for a return due to defect/damage:

    • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

    • Clear photos of the defect/damage must be provided.

    • Proof of purchase is required.

    • If return is approved due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the replacement cost and shipping. 

  • Final sale and clearance items are non-returnable. 

Exchanges:

  • Contact our customer service team at help@midcenturymoderngal.com with your order number and reason for exchange within 20 days of the delivery date. 

  • If you ordered the wrong size, color, or customization details, we unfortunately cannot exchange the item once production has begun. Exchanges are not generally offered for custom-made and personalized products, and will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error. 

  • Non-custom products may follow the return policy once the customer receives the item(s). 

  • If an exchange is approved due to a defect or mistake on our part, we will cover the replacement cost and shipping. 

Refunds:

  • If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 20 days of the delivery date for a refund. 

  • Products must be unused and in their original condition. 

  • Proof of purchase is required. 

  • Refunds are not generally offered for custom-made and personalized products, and will only be issued if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect due to our error. 

  • If approved, refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days. 

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is on our part. 

Order Cancellations:

  • Orders can only be canceled within 10 hours of purchase, as production begins shortly after. 

  • After this time, cancellations are not possible.
