Please note that goods noted that take 14 business days are on a longer delay  due to a temporary company break shutdown, any orders placed after January 19th will not begin production until February 3rd. Thank you for your understanding!

FAQ

All designs are custom made and made to order. Nothing in our shop is mass produced and is made especially for you. Once your order is placed you have one (1) hour to cancel. Our system is all automated and once sent to production and it is very difficult to hault the process. You will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee.

Please double check your order, and the address is correct.  If you placed an order and notice on your confirmation email that your address is incorrect, kindly contact me right away as this can't be changed or rerouted later. We are not responsible for packages not delivered due to incorrect address information.


HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Depending on the item chosen, that varies. All goods are made to order just for you. We do not have stockpiles, and there is no mass productions here at Mid Century Modern Gal. We estimate between 7-10 day business days. Please allow additional time peak season. 

With the exception we do have goods that are sourced and made overseas, and  this is noted in the listings. Please allow 14+ business days or longer during peak season.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your order will be automatically updated with a tracking number 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. Currently, we only ship in the United States.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?

We create each piece on demand specifically for you based on your order details. We allow one hour from purchase for you to request a cancellation. After that your order is automatically sent to our production partner. 

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?

If your item arrived damaged or there is a defect in print we will promptly address this, refund or replace your merchandise. Due to variances in textiles, cotton versus polyester the colors may not print as vibrant on cotton blends, versus polyester where the colors will transpire more vibrant.  We do not accept returns or exchanges for size issues, purchased in error, don't like material, or simply do not like- or slight color variances. Due to different settings on your viewing devices, the colors may appear slightly lighter, or in some cases darker than what is depicted. We do our best to represent the colors as accuretly as possible.

Details on fabric variances.

100% Polyester variant:

Printed using Sublimation technology. This extremely strong and durable synthetic fabric retains its shape and dries quickly.

100% Cotton Twill variant

Printed using DTF technology. Made by specially spun fibers that make very strong and smooth fabric.

Please contact me within 3 days of receiving a long with photo evidence, in order to submit any issues. 

Our wallpaper and wall murals and stair risers are made on demand. The wall murals come in lots of 1-5 panels and on, specific for that wall size depending on the pattern purchasing x2 of the same wall mural may not necessarily line up. Wallpaper is better suited for a seamless large area.  If there is a quality on the print or damaged in transit we will ensure to promptly replace or refund. No refunds allowed otherwise.

We also recommend a professional installer if you are not familiar with peel and stick wallpaper installs. 

We leave all the detailed information in our listings regarding materials used etc.  We have sizing charts as well in our listings and any questions or concerns to verify please feel free to reach out to me before making your purchase.
