My husband and I have been thrifting, and collecting unique vintage finds for the past 25 years. Admittedly so we often at times were decorating confused. Somehow, we pulled things together in our home to create unique and interesting spaces. When friends and family stop by, we always have a new story to tell. Our homes should tell a story about who we are and offer a sense of warmth and welcome. We do not believe in matching everything. In fact, we mix a lot of old with new and creating an eclectic style that often cannot be replicated. Our kitchen was featured in a major publication back in 2009, and a few of my small DIY home, nifty and thrifty crafts have been featured in Woman’s Day magazine and online magazines. Enjoy our shop. Our favorite finds are our Mid-Century Modern ones. The era speaks to us and we now create our own stories once had by someone else. Whether it be a lamp, a side table, coffee table, unique chairs, or even a simple small Knick knack. It was important to me that it was an arc and absolutely HAD to be dimmable. The search took months until I stumbled across MidCentury Modern Gal’s line of arc lamps. SCORE!
I love my lamp. The size is perfect. It’s dimmable (with a remote control - bonus!). And the shade is the perfect way to reflect my taste.
I usually look forward to autumn because it's my favorite time of year but this year it's because of my new shower curtain! This is the second of three shower curtains that I have bought because I couldn't make a decision so I broke it down seasonally. My previous one was for spring/summer, This one is for fall, and the next one will be for winter. Everyone who has seen these shower curtains rave about them! No it doesn't come with hooks and yes it needs a liner.

Looks really sharp, something straight out of the 60’s. Shade color is nice and vibrant. Very sturdy and easy to put together.

Very cute lamp. It's exactly like the picture. Very easy to assemble. I used a warm colored light bulb instead of a bright white. I feel like it gave a better illumination.
The picture doesn't do it justice. You can see the image perfectly. Will order something again, shipping was faster than expected.
Excellent quality. Came in small box, but assembly was easy. We live in Weeki Wachee, FL. on the Mud River and this lamp was perfect in our 1960s cabin.
